Q: Are PPD Hydration drink bottles dishwasher safe?
A: We recommend handwash only.
Q: How long will my bottles take to arrive?
A: Your bottles will be personalised and posted within 5 working days of your order.
Q: Can you rush my order?
A: If you require your order in a hurry please email us about this
Q: What if I need to change or cancel my order?
A: If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible, we will attempt to meet your needs however if your order has been commenced then a refund / exchange will not be issued.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Please allow up to 7-10 working days (longer for Western Australia) for your order to be delivered after completion, you will be sent tracking information as soon as your order is posted.
Q: Can you expedite my shipping?
A: If you require express postage, please send us an email for a quote.
Q: What does double vacuum sealed walls mean?
A: Double Wall Water Bottles use two steel walls with a vacuum between them in order to keep the contents of the bottle at the same temperature or close to the same temperature as when they were first stored.
Q: What are the benefits of a double wall insulation?
A: It not only helps with keeping your drink cold or hot, it also means your bottle will be free from condensation.
Q: What’s a bumper for?
A: Not only do they make your bottle look super funky and easy to personalise and style to your own individual look, but they also protect the bottom of your bottle.
